Global Affairs Canada’s global Level 3 advisory to avoid all non-essential travel outside of Canada is still in effect. As a result, all international university travel remains suspended until further notice.

University-sponsored travel within Canada remains suspended until further notice. Exceptions can be applied for through the Dean or unit head (AVP level or higher) for mission critical and time-sensitive travel.

COVID-19 Updates


Starting January 6, 2021, all air passengers, including Canadians, will be required to show a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours prior to boarding their scheduled departure to Canada. 

Travellers to Canada must submit COVID-related information electronically through ArriveCAN to comply with the new mandatory requirements. Everyone entering Canada must follow mandatory isolation or quarantine requirements
