Focus

Nandini Dendukuri is a Biostatistician with a particular interest in developing Bayesian statistical methods for evaluation of diagnostic tests in the absence of a perfect reference standard. Applications of such problems arise in the areas of childhood tuberculosis, latent tuberculosis and extrapulmonary tuberculosis. She also has an interest in methods for meta-analysis and has published numerous evaluations of TB diagnostic tests.

Keywords

Bayesian methods, imperfect diagnostic tests, latent class analysis, meta-analysis, health technology assessment
