Reporting to the Associate Chair of Graduate Student Affairs, this office looks after the needs of our graduate students.

Services

• The graduate office is the main point of contact in the ECE department regarding graduate affairs. As such, it develops and implements policies for graduate studies in ECE and is reporting data and statistics to the department management.
• Provides advising on administrative issues to graduate students.
• Maintains and updates ECE graduate student files.
• Coordinates new graduate applications and the corresponding selection process.
• Is the first line of information regarding graduate scholarships.
• Coordinates Ph.D. defences.
• The Graduate Programs Director (Associate Chair for graduate studies) also provides guidance towards conflict resolutions in graduate issues.
