Dialogue
Dialogue is an online platform that allows you to virtually connect with nurses and physicians via a mobile or web app from anywhere in Canada, free of charge.
Who can access
Students covered by the following student unions/associations: SSMU, MCSS, or MACES.
Digital Doctor
Digital Doctor is a 24/7 virtual healthcare service that provides unlimited access to Canadian-licensed general practitioners through the Digital Doctor website. This service is accessible while you're travelling in Canada or internationally.
Who can access
Graduate and eligible post-graduate students covered by PGSS. View more information about Digital Doctor through PGSS. International graduate students and eligible international post-graduate students may choose to opt out of Digital Doctor, as they already have access to virtual healthcare through Maple (see below).
Maple
Maple is a tool that provides 24/7 access to an appointment with a doctor or nurse practitioner via mobile or web app. This services is accessible from within Canada.
Who can access
International students with Medavie Blue Cross Insurance. Students can either sign up for direct billing or make a health insurance claim after paying for services. Note provincial insurance plans and/or other supplemental insurance plans may not cover Maple services.
GuardMe
Free, unlimited, 24/7 access to mental health support for ALL McGill students. GuardMe is a mental health counselling service, offered to students in partnership with SSMU and PGSS, that provides 24/7/365 access to licensed counsellors through telephone or mobile chat in over 60 languages with a diverse counsellors who understand your experience and the unique needs of your community (including 2SLGBTQ+, BI&POC, immigrant communities, international students, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and more). To access this service, download the TELUS Health Student Support app for Apple iOS or Android.

- Acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, sunspots, eyelash loss and wrinkles can all be evaluated and treated virtually.
