Not sure where to find the help you need, or where you can find a particular service on campus?  The AskMcGill team is here to help you find your way!

The AskMcGill team is made up of approximately 20 student staff members who are trained to help you find the information and services you need to make the most of your McGill experience.  Our staff are available at the downtown and Macdonald campuses to answer your questions. We hope to see you soon!

Brown Student Services Building (3600 rue McTavish)
Ground floor lobby, East Wing entrance at rue McTavish.

Monday to Friday, 9 am- 4 pm, for in-person inquiries.

Centennial Centre - Macdonald Campus, 21111 rue Lakeshore
Ground floor lobby.

Final Exam Period: April 18, 22, 24, 25, 29 & 30, 11:30 am - 2:30 pm.

 Occasional exceptions to the schedule above may occur in case of staff illness or circumstances beyond our control.
