Troubleshooting Tips
My PIN was reset, but every time I enter a new PIN, it takes me back to the same reset PIN page
This means that the new PIN you tried to create did not conform with the PIN rules. Please try again, ensuring you follow the rules exactly (6 characters, a mix of numbers and letters, no uppercase letters and no symbols or special characters).
