My research interests are in developing computational algorithms and software tools for analyzing genetic data combined with molecular, behavioural, imaging and environmental data. The scope of the research includes genomic and clinical data integration, web-based analytical tools and interactive visualizations, secure data sharing, distributed computational algorithms for in-house and cloud computing computational platforms, analysis of rare genetic variations across diverse populations, gene-disease associations.
