myPath is a network of tools and programming that aim to provide students and postdocs with ways to identify their goals and to create an Individual Development Plan (IDP).

Goal setting is an important predictor of success in graduate school and can help you to transition successfully into your chosen career. By planning and aligning your activities with your goals, and tracking your progress, you can greatly increase your chances of achieving your goals.

An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a tailored roadmap that guides you from where you are now to where you want to be. By laying out a clear plan of action through self-discovery and reflection, the development of an IDP helps you set goals for short- and long-term milestones or achievements you wish to make during your studies and career.
