Booking a lobby in the Macdonald Engineering, Frank Dawson Adams, Wong, or Lorne M. Trottier Buildings
Requests for a lobby in the Faculty of Engineering complex are open to faculty, staff, and student groups affiliated with McGill University.
If you would like to book a lobby in the Macdonald Engineering Building, Frank Dawson Adams Building, Wong Building, or Lorne M. Trottier Building, please follow the procedure below. (For McConnell Engineering Building requests, please see above).
- Send an email to the builddir.engineering [at] mcgill.ca (Building Director) with the following information:
- Name of the person responsible for the request(s)
- Phone number & email address
- Title of the event
- Number of people expected to participate
- Date (MM/DD/YY)
- Time (start/end)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not advertise the date of an event until your booking has been confirmed. If there are lectures or exams in the classrooms next to the lobby that cannot be relocated, you will have to change the date of your event. You MAY require a security guard depending on the number of people you expect to attend your event.
