Wellness 101

Tuesday, January 29, 2019 17:30to18:30

Come and meet your Local Wellness Advisor (LWA) embedded within the Faculty of Engineering. The goal of the workshop is to learn more about the resources and tools available to students on and off campus that help contribute to wellness and your overall well-being, in order for students to be able to apply the tools/ skills learnt to your daily life both academically and personally. There are many supports and wellness resources, and we want to help you find and access the ones that will benefit and make sense for you. Want to learn more about developing your own wellness plan and what that means? Drop by one of the sessions to find out more!

We invite you to meet your LWA, Lauren Weber, during McGill Well Week 2019 (Jan. 28-Feb 1); Lauren will be presenting “Wellness 101”, an introductory workshop to provide information about available services at McGill and in the broader community. Lauren will present the workshop twice:

Wellness 101: Tuesday January 29th 5:30 – 6:30 pm at McConnell Common room 032 (pizza will be provided)

Wellness 101: Thursday January 31st 2:30-3:30 pm at McConnell Common room 032 (cookies will be provided)
