Matthias is a senior IP expert with domain knowledge in the areas of IP monetization, negotiations, IP protection & compliance as well as sales and marketing. As Director, Intellectual Property and Compliance for Dolby Europe, he oversees the execution of all EMEA IP compliance initiatives within Dolby. Prior to working for Dolby, Matthias worked for Adobe in Chicago, USA as part of Adobe’s license compliance group. Matthias graduated with a Master’s in Economic Science Degree from the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands and holds an MBA with Distinction from the Keller Business School in Chicago, IL. Matthias serves as vice-chair of industry for LESI Europe and is a frequent speaker at conferences.
