If you are completing your studies by December and expect to graduate at the end of the Fall term, you must apply to graduate on Minerva by the end of November. If you’re completing your studies by April, apply by February. You will be eligible to attend the Spring Convocation ceremony.
If you are completing your studies by June, July or August and intend to graduate at the end of the Summer term, you must apply to graduate on Minerva by March. You will be eligible to attend the Fall Convocation ceremony.
Eligibility for Graduation
If you have applied for graduation, you should be contacted by the School during April for the Spring convocation, and during October for the Fall convocation. If you miss the graduation application deadlines, please contact graduation.scs [at] mcgill.ca.

Graduation (non-credit programs)
Twice a year, the School of Continuing Studies holds the Program Completion Celebration, for students who have successfully completed a professional development certificate or other non-credit programs. Information regarding these events is sent by email to respective students.
