Impact Through Learning

International Education

science po cohort

"During the week of March 9-13, a cohort of mid-career students from the Sciences Po Executive Master in Communication were hosted at McGill's School of Continuing Studies. They were offered excellent lectures and workshops, in addition to a fantastic line-up of site visits with local communication industry, art and communication leaders. Our students, all communication professionals, enjoyed tremendously the McGill hospitality and warmth, and were able as a cohort to fully appreciate the quality of life in Montreal. A very successful week."

Indigenous Initiatives

IRI cohort

“The Indigenous Relations Initiative at McGill School of Continuing Studies stands as a strong example of how intentional partnerships and Indigenous-centered programming can deliver real impact. With more than 200 Indigenous students currently enrolled in the School of Continuing Studies, accounting for nearly one-third of all Indigenous students at McGill, the initiative reflects both trust and momentum within Indigenous communities. Many of these learners enter through dynamic partnerships with Indigenous governments, corporations, and organizations, creating meaningful, community-driven pathways to higher education. Since 2017, over 400 Indigenous students have graduated, underscoring the initiative’s success in supporting access, persistence, and achievement while advancing McGill’s commitment to Reconciliation and Indigenous excellence.”
