Hope, inspiration, trust, and resilience are the most defining elements in a time of crisis.

During this talk, Dr. Zina Suissa will discuss the strategies leaders can use to fuel hope, inspiration, and, most importantly, resilience.

Dr. Zina Suissa is a Psychologist, Executive Coach and educator who has been teaching at McGill University 's School of Continuing Studies for many years, where she was honoured with a Distinguished Teaching Award. At Harvard Law School, she was Certified in Negotiation and she is also Certified in Mediation. She works with McGill University facilitating workshops for leaders and managers on Employee Engagement, Emotional Agility, and Coaching Skills for Managers. Dr. Suissa is the Founder and President of Resonance Executive and Team Coaching. She is a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec, the International Coach Federation, and the NeuroLeadership Institute. Dr. Suissa recently deliveredTEDx(McGill) talk on Courage and Convictions.
