 , CTPC\, TEDx Speaker \n\nDr. Zina Suissa is a Psychologist\, Executive Co
 ach and educator who has been teaching at McGill University 's School of C
 ontinuing Studies for many years\, where she was honoured with a Distingui
 shed Teaching Award. At Harvard Law School\, she was Certified in Negotiat
 ion and she is also Certified in Mediation. She works with McGill Universi
 ty facilitating workshops for leaders and managers on Employee Engagement\
 , Emotional Agility\, and Coaching Skills for Managers. Dr. Suissa is the 
 Founder and President of Resonance Executive and Team Coaching. She is a m
 ember of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec\, the International Coach Fe
 deration\, and the NeuroLeadership Institute. Dr. Suissa recently delivere
