Phone Hours: Our phone lines are open from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and from 1:30 - 3:00 PM. Clinician availability 8:00 AM -4:00 PM.
You can book online to:
- Meet with an Access Advisor
- Meet with a Local Wellness Advisor
- Book Lab Services (with a requisition)
To cancel your appointment, you can call the clinic at 514-398-6017.
You’ll be charged $25.00 if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. See Fees for more information.
