Telephone lines are open Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to noon, and from 1:30pm to 3:00pm.
New appointments open each day based on clinician availability. If you are not seeking a same-day appointment, we recommend calling after 10:30am, when phone lines are generally quieter.

To cancel your appointment, you can call the clinic at 514-398-6017.
You’ll be charged $20.00 if you cancel less than 1 business day before your appointment, or $25.00 for missed appointments. See Fees for more information.
