IT Customer Services (ICS)

IT Customer Services (ICS) is the primary point of contact for problem resolution and IT help to the general University community.

In the Communications and Training groups, technical writers maintain the IT Knowledge Base and create emergency IT announcements and communications; trainers design and create materials for user training on central IT systems.

The IT Service Desk provides centralized IT support for users at the downtown and Macdonald campuses (McGill staff should refer to the IT Service Desk service description to find out whether your department is supported centrally by ICS).

The LAN admin and PC support groups provide hardware and software support.
