McGill's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the myFuture platform. This change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. August 1 is the last day to submit participation/attendance lists for activities that happened before July 1, 2025. Any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed.

Helping A Friend Workshop Q & A

If your friend or family member allows you to, you can support them by being there, listening, and letting them know you care and want to support them in finding help. Our Helping a Friend workshop is a four part online series that focuses on how to recognize signs of distress, practice how to effectively respond when someone is open to help, and how to protect ourselves in the process. NOTE: This live Q&A is a follow-up for those who attend the on-demand Helping a Friend workshop.

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
