Join your fellow Desautels students for a gentle 15‑minute stretch break led by a certified yoga instructor. It’s a quick reset to help your body unwind and your mind refocus.
After the stretch, enjoy sweet treats and an easygoing chat: no pressure, no equipment, just show up as you are.

The McGill Wellness Hub is partnering with Athletics and Recreation to invite you for a leisure walk on the iconic Mount Royal! This free McGillMoves activity, led by Local Wellness Advisor, Kiki Yelle, will keep you moving while taking in the fresh air and admire the beautiful views of Montreal.

The B-Well drop-ins will create an opportunity for Black students to take a wellness break, connect with peers, and their LWA/Counsellor.

Having a growth or flexible mindset can be very useful when navigating the ups and downs of university life. Whether you just started living on your own, have exams coming up, writing a thesis, are about to graduate and head to the life out there or are having trouble managing symptoms of mental health.

Our support groups are non-directional, non-judgmental, and inclusive. Free, confidential, and open to everyone. Our trained volunteers are available to help anyone struggling with disordered eating, body image and self-esteem issues, and other mental health concerns. Signing up is not required but encouraged!

Interested in improving your communication skills? Join us for this workshop to develop an understanding of what active listening consists of and how it can be practiced. This workshop will focus on defining what active listening is and isn't, explaining why active listening is both important and useful, and practicing active listening.
