Come meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs who are trained in providing you with comfort and stress relief. A Hub Peer Supporter will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the Student Wellness Hub and its services and to provide peer support and health navigation.

Come warm up with hot chocolate at our Well Week table! Connect with your Local Wellness Advisor team, explore wellness resources, and learn what’s happening across campus to support your well-being.

The B-Well drop-in will create an opportunity for Black students to take a wellness break, connect with peers, and their LWA/Counsellor.

Law Students are invited to join the Student Wellness Hub and their Local Wellness Advisor for a walk on Mount-Royal during universal break. We will meet at Nahum Gelber entrance at 12h pm and leave at 12h10 sharp. Bring comfy shoes, winter gear and a water bottle.
