The Skills for Building Healthier Relationships Workshop will help you understand behaviors and patterns in romantic relationships and develop effective strategies so that you can find compatible partners or improve your existing relationships.
Objectives:

Join the Digital Well-being Series, designed to cultivate mindfulness about screen time and its impacts. This group will offer practical strategies and insights to explore your digital consumption and enhance your overall well-being.

In this workshop, participants learn how to avoid the pitfalls of building slides that have too much information, take too long to process, and compete for audience attention. By understanding the limits of human visual and auditory language processing, participants learn how to work within them.

Conflict is a natural part of leadership-but it doesn't have to be destructive. This hands-on workshop gives you tools to approach conflict with confidence and empathy.

Celebrations, deeply held traditions, community events and personal rituals give a richness to religions and guide us from cradle to grave. We will explore the role that sacred holidays play in personal, family and community life during this online lecture by Encounter World Religions.

Having difficulty getting started? Do you find yourself putting off tasks? Join this workshop to (1) develop an awareness of what is procrastination and how you procrastinate, (2) identify how procrastination works, and (3) discuss how to change "procrastination to "doing."

Graduate school demands strong study habits and effective learning strategies. Throughout your degree, your reasons for studying will change (courses to comps to defense), which will require different strategies and approaches.
