From Surviving to Thriving: Resilience in Grad School is a workshop created by grad students, for grad students. You’ll be guided through the roadmap to resilience and gain a deeper sense of community, strategies to reframe your challenges, and leave with an action plan to shift from surviving to thriving in grad school.
This bi-weekly in-person discussion series offers a safe and supportive space for women, including those from diverse cultural and international backgrounds, to share their unique experiences and engage in meaningful dialogue about the challenges and triumphs of womanhood.
