The Living with Loss Support Group aims to provide a nurturing space for individuals struggling with the recent or past loss of a loved one to share their grief, while finding comfort and understanding from others who are on a similar path.

Join student facilitators Kook and Josh for a 90-minute session grounded in Tibetan Buddhist practices. Each session blends a contemplative practice with discussion. Open to all students—whether or not you follow a spiritual path. No prior experience needed.
