Biography:

Jessie Galasso received a Ph.D in Computer Science in 2018 from the University of Montpellier (France), while working at the Laboratory of Computer Science, Robotics and Microelectronics of Montpellier (LIRMM). She worked with mathematical data analysis frameworks for model extraction and software product line reverse engineering, and continued this work with complex software product lines as a teaching and research assistant between 2018 and 2019. From 2019 to 2020, she worked on problematics related to knowledge representation, interoperability and ontology matching at the French National Institute for Sustainable Development (IRD). She was a postdoctoral researcher in the Geodes team from the Department of Computer Science and Operations Research of the University of Montréal until 2023 where she worked on machine learning and optimisation approaches for source code recommendation. Her research interests include augmented software engineering, variability management and modeling, model-driven engineering, machine learning, mining software repositories and software reverse-engineering.
