Edgar Brown is the founder of Principled Growth and an executive coach for leaders in tech. His coaching practice helps startup CEOs and emerging leaders make clear decisions in high-stakes environments, strengthen executive presence, lead high-performing teams, and scale without burning out.

Liz Doyle Harmer is a leadership coach, facilitator, and creator of “statecrafting” – a methodology that helps leaders govern their internal state so it supports rather than sabotages the future they're reaching for.

Carolina Mingarelli is a lawyer and has been an executive at the Department of Justice Canada for more than a decade, with experience in both the private and public sectors.

She also supports clients who are moving through loss, whether in relationships, career or even a road not taken.
