Accessing collections on site or online
To access Library materials on site or online, please refer to the Libraries’ Services for alumni webpage.
Once you are connected, you can:
- Use your library card to borrow books and print materials: McGill Libraries Borrowing Card for Alumni
- Login to find digital publications: McGill Alumni E-Resources and beyond page.
- Borrow e-books and e-audiobooks using McGill Libraries’ Libby platform. To access Libby, sign in with your McGill username (first.last [at] mail.mcgill.ca (first[dot]last[at]mail[dot]mcgill[dot]ca)) and password. If you don't have a McGill username or you need to reset your password, click here.
Attend events at the Libraries
You’ll find Canadian history, culture and politics well represented at McGill Libraries’ many free seminars and events. Presented in association with the Friends of the Library, events reflect the broader McGill and Montreal communities and illuminate the Libraries’ rich collections.
