Proof of McGill Alumni status is required to obtain the alumni corporate code. Here’s how to request your code: 

  1. benefits.alumni [at] mcgill.ca (subject: McGill%20Alumni%20-VIA%20Rail) (Send an email) with a request for the McGill Alumni Via Rail Corporate Code. 
  2. Include your full name at graduation, degree and year of graduation, and your McGill ID in the message. If you no longer remember your McGill ID, please provide an additional means of identification, such as your postal address, email address and/or telephone number. 
  3. Watch your email inbox for a message from a member of the McGill team, containing your proof of alumni status and the McGill Alumni Via Rail Corporate Code. 
    • Replies will be processed during regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., excluding statutory holidays. 
    • Please allow a delay of 24-72 hours for processing.
