Healthy Living Annex

Get the latest information on events, wellness tips, and connection opportunities on our social media!

The Healthy Living Annex (HLA) is a space dedicated to outreach, health promotion, and peer support.  Our goal is to provide activities and tools to support the development of each aspect of your personal wellness.  As the health promotion arm of the Student Wellness Hub, the HLA is here to help you, no matter where you are on your wellness journey.

Use the Happy Lamps

Visit the HLA during the winter months to use our light therapy Happy Lamps (first-come, first-served; check out PDF icon how to use them!). 

There's also a couple places on campus where you can rent one to take home with you.

Visit the Zen Den

Visit our Zen Den for a quiet and comfortable space to relax, study, or enjoy some free snacks!

Browse Tao

Use our tablets to browse the Therapy Assisted Online (TAO) website.  If you have questions, our Peer Health Ambassadors are happy to help.

Book the Flex Space
