Special Students registered in courses required by Quebec Professional Orders

To be exempt from the out-of-province or international tuition supplements, students must:

  2. Be enrolled as a non-degree Special Student in any term. For more details on Special Student admission requirements, refer to the following pages:
  3. Be referred by a professional order or body governing one of the regulated professions in Quebec. The order will provide a letter detailing the required training for certification to practice and become a member of the professional order.
  4. Submit this letter at the time of admission as part of your application.

There is no other action required from the student for this exemption to be reflected in the fee account. The university will apply the credit automatically based on the criteria noted above.
