To ensure that you are nominating your student(s) to the correct faculty, we suggest that each student use McGill's course calendar to research the courses they intend to take. This will help them identify which faculty offers the widest range of courses relevant to their field of study.

Graduate-Level Nominations (Courses at the 600-700 Level ONLY):

Please do not submit graduate nomination using this form. Instead, email us at studentexchanges [at] mcgill.ca to confirm whether graduate-level exchanges is included in our bilateral agreement.
Once confirmed, the student should reach out directly to the appropriate graduate department to verify whether they accept exchange students, as participation may vary by department. The department will then provide the necessary guidance on the application process.
