Mobile Migration to Bell – Instructions (eSIM)
Your mobile service will be transferred to the Bell network during this period.
PREPARATION (IMPORTANT)
Before your scheduled time window, ensure that:
- Your phone is connected to Wi‑Fi
- Your phone is charged (>20%)
- You have access to your device settings
WHAT WILL HAPPEN
You are already using an eSIM configured on your phone.
- No prior action is required
- Do not scan the QR code
- You will automatically receive a PUSH notification
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- The process takes only a few seconds
- Your phone will switch to the Bell network
MANUAL eSIM INSTALLATION (if it does not install automatically)
iPhone
- Ensure your device is running iOS 13 or later and is connected to the internet
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM
- Select Use QR Code
- Scan the QR code
- Or enter details manually:
- SM-DP+ Address: bmc.prod.ondemandconnectivity.com
- Leave the activation code blank
Samsung
- Ensure your device is running Android 12 or later and is connected to the internet
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager
- Select Add eSIM > Scan QR Code
- Or enter manually:
- Activation code: bmc.prod.ondemandconnectivity.com
- Follow the on-screen instructions

TROUBLESHOOTING
- SOS mode: restart your phone and reconnect to Wi‑Fi
- Remove old eSIMs if necessary
- Remove or disable the physical Telus SIM
- Check your Wi‑Fi connection
- Turn airplane mode on/off, then try again
