Macdonald Campus, home to the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, is located in the picturesque city of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, on the western tip of the Island of Montreal.
Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue offers the pleasure and calm of the countryside, with a convenient proximity to downtown Montreal. With a historical village, a focus on environment and wildlife and an exceptional waterfront, it's an excellent home for our campus!
Participating in student clubs at Macdonald is a great way for you to meet others who share your interests.
The Macdonald Campus Students' Society (MCSS) actively organizes academic and social activities for Mac undergrads. The Students' Society of McGill University, based on the downtown campus, also offers services and has clubs in which undergrads on both campuses can participate.
The Macdonald Campus Graduate Students’ Society (MCGSS) represents Mac grad students. The MCGSS is a branch of the McGill Post-Graduate Students’ Society, which represents all grad students and post-doctoral fellows at McGill.
Get fit on campus at the Stewart Athletic Complex or by joining the Mac Campus logger sports teams, recreation and intramural sports and activities.
Access food and drinks on campus at Café T.W.I.G.S. or The Ceilidh Bar and Restaurant and find fresh produce at Marché Mac Market at the Macdonald Campus Farm.
We recommend living on-campus during at least your first year. Students who live in residence have great access to professors, classrooms and study spaces on campus and are within walking distance of the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue town center.
