From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Now well into its second decade, Macdonald's ever-popular Food for Thought Lecture Series is in to another series of fascinating and thought-provoking lectures with the theme "Global Carbon".

The fourth lecture in the series is on Tuesday, October 21 with a talk by Professor Eric Galbraith, Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences, McGill University, who will address the issue of carbon in the oceans.
