McGill's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the myFuture platform. This change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. See more information about the SER here.

August 1 is the last day to submit participation/attendance lists for activities that happened before July 1, 2025. Any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed.

Meditation with MORSL

Join MORSL's meditation facilitator Milda Graham for a seated yogic meditation session with no prior experience assumed or required. The beginning of this practice will engage the body to enhance seated meditation posture with comfort, and then introduce pranayama (breath awareness) to cultivate a more interiorized state, preparing the mind for the formal meditation session. Shifts of the body may occur as participants settle in, and this practice will offer guidance toward progressively longer periods of group silence and stillness. There will be time at the end of the session for questions and feedback.

Milda was motivated by her work practicing and teaching yoga and meditation to return to university. She is pursuing an MA in Religious Studies at McGill, with a focus on yoga, Hinduism and Sanskrit. Milda is also a competitive gymnast and researches the intersection of gymnastics and spiritual practices.
