Navigating Times of Uncertainties in Life

Throughout life, it is not uncommon to lose direction, for the winds to change and one's sense of purpose to be tilted off-center. How can we come to understand these divergences as essential moments in our life's journey? The central aim of this session is to help learners explore their meaning and purpose during times of uncertainty. In addition, the students learn to develop strategies for coping when faced with uncertainties of life.
