 Gratitude and Humility

“You desire happiness? Practice giving thanks!” (Bro. D. Steindl-Rest). Gratitude is universally celebrated around the world, whether we reserve a special day for it or not. Being aware of all we have to be grateful for is one of the most sure-fire ways to being happy. Join us for this one-hour workshop as we explore the value of gratitude and humility as a life-long positive development in the quest for meaning.

Where: 3610 McTavish Room 36-3 or via Zoom.

Please note that this is a hybrid event.
