 Strategies to Improve Low Mood and Reduce Anxiety

This workshop will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.

-To understand the relationship between thoughts, feelings & behaviours

-To help you identify triggers that lead to anxiety and low mood

-To practice techniques and integrate new habits that will help you gain a better handle on your overall level of stress, mood, and emotions.

 Please plan on attending both sessions, July 16 & 23

 Please register 60 minutes prior to the start time of the group to receive the invitation to the online meeting
