You have a co-op support letter from your department confirming that all students in your program must complete a work placement in order to get their degree.
You have a valid study permit (or you are including a co-op work permit request within your study permit application and the study permit application gets approved).
You are required to work in order to complete your program.
The work (i.e., internship, co-op placement, practicum, stage, etc.) constitutes 50% or less of your program.
You may need to submit additional documents based on your application. Check the Documents Checklist generated after the questionnaire during the application process for a complete list of documents you need to submit.
When you apply for your co-op work permit, you must include a co-op support letter - i.e., a letter from your department confirming that all students in your program must complete a work placement in order to get their degree.
