The Next Page: Banner Year for McGill Translation Student

It’s been a banner year for Berdj Garabedian, who’s currently working towards his Graduate Diploma in Translation at McGill’s School of Continuing Studies. In June he was the recipient of the McGill Associates Prize in Translation (French-English), and this fall he was awarded this year’s Network of Translators in Education (NTE) Merit Scholarship.

Classes begin Friday, September 4, 2015

McGill classes for the 2015-2016 academic year begin on Friday, September 4.

On Friday, September 4, the normal Friday schedule of course lectures, labs and conferences will be replaced by a Monday schedule.

To assist you in determining which courses will be taught on that day, please consult McGill's Key Academic Dates page.

McGill University School of Continuing Studies’ Receives $1.2M in Support of Indigenous Programming

McGill University’s School of Continuing Studies will receive a multi-year grant totaling over $1.2 million from Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC) to continue designing and delivering education programs for indigenous people. The AANDC accepted two proposals that are part of the School’s Online Courses for Northern Aboriginals in Canada project.
