Join us for a welcoming and thought‑provoking free half‑day event exploring what it truly means to live well as we age.

The morning will feature an introduction to the McGill Community for Lifelong Learning (MCLL), a keynote presentation, and a series of concurrent talks on nutrition, health, and wellness, led by experienced MCLL volunteer lecturers. Together, the sessions will explore themes of healthy aging, the impact of nutrition and the environment, and the science behind life longevity.

  • "Nutrition is What We Eat and Digest" by Prithu Mukhopadhyay, retired scientist, PhD in chemistry.
