Human resources professionals play a critical role in the success of any organization. By acquiring a versatile set of HR competencies, you’re prepared to contribute to a business’ strategic decisions as a valued team member.
The Diploma in Human Resources Management includes a broad range of courses covering concepts, practices, current issues and areas of specialization in the field of human resources management (HRM). Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will have met the academic requirements of the Quebec Human Resources Professional Association (ORHRI) and will normally be eligible to write the certification exam toward the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation (subject to experience requirements).

Admission Requirements
Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree from an approved university with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or 3.2/4.0 in the last two years of full-time academic studies.
All students applying to Career and Professional Development Graduate programs must be proficient in English.
