McGill's Annual Mental Health Awareness Week

Bring wellness into your day, everyday

From January 19–23, join us for a week of fun, supportive events that put your well-being first. Whether you’re looking to connect with others, learn new coping skills, get moving, or just take a break, there’s something for you — in person and online.
