Are you francophone? You can access services in French at the Hub.
Needing or wanting help is completely normal, and reaching out is the first step to feeling better. All our services are free to full-time and part-time students who have paid their Student Services fee and are covered by insurance.
Please always bring your McGill ID and up-to-date insurance card. The Hub accepts provincial, Blue Cross, CIDA, CIGNA, COWAN and Great-West Life insurance.
If you have a medical question, you can dial Info-Santé at 811 at any time of day. You can also call the same number and be connected to a psychosocial intervention worker. Please note that a Quebec phone number is required to access these services.
The Hub is open from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Drop-ins begin being processed at 8 a.m. Students can access the kiosk outside the Hub Reception area as of 7:00 a.m, so it's best to come early to get a drop-in spot.
Please note that lab hours differ.
There are associated fees at the Hub, including for cancelling an appointment without adequate notice, as well as requests for documentation and other administrative tasks.

Note that if your appointment is on Monday, you must cancel on Friday to avoid paying the fee.
All information and forms also apply to the Macdonald campus clinic.
All information shared with and obtained by McGill clinicians is strictly confidential. It can only be released to anyone (including family) if:
- You give written permission
- A minor is being abused
- You/someone else is in immediate danger
- Or otherwise when required by law
If you'd like a copy of documentation from your file, please complete a Release of Information form (in English or in French) and submit it by fax, mail, hub.clinic [at] mcgill.ca (subject: Release%20of%20Information%20request) (email) or in person.
You may receive requested documents by fax, mail or pick them up in person at the Hub.
Requests will be fulfilled within 30 days. Please note that recent test results may have a longer delay than other requests.
