Bike Clubs and Community

Interested in meeting other bikers at McGill? Check out these clubs that offer bike repair services, group rides, and good times.

The Flat Bike Collective

Where: Downtown Campus, in the University Centre basement (next to Gerts Bar).

What: This group of student volunteers will help fix your bike free of charge. They also sell bike parts, and volunteers can advise you on building a bike from scratch or revamping an old bike. The workshop is open multiple days a week on a first-come, first-served basis. The collective hosts several maintenance classes each semester.

Get Involved: Find the opening hours on The Flat’s website and email theflat.bikecollective [at] gmail.com to sign-up to volunteer.
