Many of our services continue to be offered online. Effective Wednesday, June 16, some prescheduled in-person services will be offered. The Student Wellness Hub has limited in-person spots available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at the downtown campus.

As part of this effort, we’re sending out monthly surveys to those who’ve had appointments with our service units. You should receive an email from info [at] baseline.mail.campuslabs.ca within a month of your appointment if you’ve met with the Office for Students with Disabilities, Scholarships and Student Aid, International Student Services, Career Planning Service, or the Student Wellness Hub (if you don’t receive it, check your junk mail folder!).

How We’re Using This Data

The data pulled from these surveys helps inform our decisions about programming, services, and other supports to better meet student needs. Learning about your experience – from appointment-booking, to service provider, to delivery method – allows us adapt and improve our -offerings for future appointments.
