Get reimbursed: McGill-affiliated employers
To get reimbursed, McGill affiliated employers must submit the following no later than 30 days from the end of a Work Study term:
- A consolidated report from your payroll system: Must include all your Work Study students, covering all payroll events per term. The report should be broken down by student, in chronological order.
- A Work Study Subsidy Reimbursement Request (Excel file only, no compressed files): Must include all Work Study students for all pay periods per term, in one file. This spreadsheet must reconcile with your detailed payroll system report and be in the same chronological order.
