As of December 1, 2024: Our office has transitioned away from the temporary self-service Appointment Booking platform (MS Booking). Students and our team have experienced many challenges with this particular feature which has not optimized services for our clientele. Students who have submitted an in-course financial aid application and have instructions on their application to book an appointment with a Financial Aid Counselor should contact our Front Line Team, at 514-398-6013 or email at student.aid [at] mcgill.ca with your availabilities, once an appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an automated confirmation and reminders, however you will be required to contact our office should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Although our team is working continuously to provide online assessments, delays can be expected during the following peak periods: August, September and January. NOTE: In order to be equitable, it is important to follow the instructions as indicated, therefore if you have not been instructed to book an appointment, kindly go back to your app for updates.
