This form is to be used by students who wish to apply to go on a full year exchange starting in the Fall semester. Approval is NOT guaranteed and subject to Faculty review and space availability at the selected host(s).
Prior to submitting, you must complete a Fall exchange application in Minerva by the posted deadlines.
