Office of the Vice-President, Research + Innovation

The Office of the Vice-President, Research + Innovation (OVPRI) provides central services to the entire R+I team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of R+I. These services include Finance, HR, administrative support for the VP, AVPs and Directors, and internal and external communications on behalf of the office as well as in related portfolios. In addition, OVPRI includes teams that lead McGill's Digital Research Services, Research Development, Prizes and Awards, and Institutional Strategic Initiatives.

Digital Research Services

Digital Research Services (DRS) assists McGill researchers in navigating the increasingly complex digital research ecosystem by providing advice and support on activities related to Research Data Management, Research Software, and Advanced Research Computing.
