This interactive ergonomic workshop will focus on teaching you how to increase your comfort in your hybrid working spaces. You will receive practical tips and suggestions for setting up your McGill and home workstations with the goal of preventing pain and discomfort.
WMS 301 - Site Management Training
NOTE: This course will be held remotely. You will be provided information on how to attend once you register. Target audience: Staff members who need access to their site as a Site Manager or Administrator. Prerequisites: None Duration: 2.5 hours Course format: Workshop
LEAN White Belt with Simulation
(in-person session)
This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.
